Lyon Airport Transfers

We serve all major French Alpine ski resorts from Lyon Airport, including Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Val d'Isère, Tignes, Alpe d'Huez, Les Deux Alpes, La Plagne, Les Menuires, Megève, and Chamonix. Club Med resorts and smaller off-piste villages are also served on request.

Yes. Ski bags, snowboards, boot bags, helmet bags, and poles are all transported free in all vehicles. Please indicate the number of ski sets when booking so we assign a vehicle with sufficient boot space. Oversized or competition equipment (racing skis, biathlon equipment) — please notify us in advance.

Yes. All vehicles on Alpine routes are fitted with winter tyres (M+S rated) before the ski season. Snow chains are carried and fitted when required by law or road conditions — most frequently on the final approach to high-altitude resorts such as Val Thorens (2,300m) and Tignes (2,100m). Our drivers are experienced on Alpine mountain roads.

For ski season bookings (December–April), we strongly recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak weeks — Christmas, New Year, February half-term, and Easter — fill extremely quickly. Same-day ski transfers are accepted subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed during peak season.

Yes. We serve all Club Med mountain villages — Valmorel, Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, Tignes Val Claret, and more. We also operate return pickups directly from chalet addresses — no shuttle to a resort bus stop required. Pickup time is agreed with you the evening before departure.

Yes. The annual Swiss motorway vignette (€40 equivalent) is included in the fixed price of all cross-border transfers to Geneva, Lausanne, and Évian-les-Bains. There are no border or customs delays for passengers in a private vehicle — your driver handles the crossing smoothly.

Yes. Half-day tours (approximately 4–5 hours) and full-day tours (7–8 hours) are both available. Our half-day tour covers 3–4 producer visits in the Beaujolais Villages or Fleurie appellation areas. Full-day tours extend into the Mâconnais or Côte de Brouilly. A personalised itinerary is prepared for you on request.

Yes. All vehicles have ample boot space for wine cases. A standard E-Class can accommodate 2–3 cases (24–36 bottles) alongside personal luggage. The V-Class handles larger purchases comfortably. Fragile items are carefully secured. We recommend keeping receipt paperwork in the vehicle for EU customs if crossing borders.

The journey from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport to Geneva city centre takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes by private chauffeur, depending on border traffic. The A42 motorway connects directly to the Swiss A1 without passing through Lyon. We factor in standard border crossing time in our scheduled pickup.

Yes. We operate long-distance transfers to Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and the Luberon throughout the year. Summer bookings to Provence are popular — we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance for July and August departures. The journey from Lyon Airport to Avignon takes approximately 2 hours by private vehicle via the A7 motorway.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, PayPal, and cash on arrival. Corporate accounts can be set up for monthly billing with automatic invoice generation. All online payments are processed via Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — your card data is never stored on our servers.

A confirmation email is sent immediately after booking, containing your booking reference, pickup time, vehicle details, and driver contact information. A reminder is sent 24 hours before your pickup. For airport pickups, a final message with your driver's name and plate number is sent when they depart for the terminal.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — a full refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Modifications (date, time, address) can be made free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup, subject to driver availability.

Yes. An itemised invoice is generated automatically after each completed journey and emailed to the address provided at booking. Corporate clients receive invoices with their cost centre or project code pre-filled. Invoices comply with French VAT regulations and include our SIRET number, company details, and full journey breakdown.

Baby seats, toddler seats, and booster seats are available at no additional charge. Please specify the seat type and child age at booking so the correct equipment is fitted in the vehicle before your pickup. We carry a maximum of two child seats per vehicle.

Yes — every day of the year, 365 days per year. We operate on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Easter, Bastille Day, and all French public holidays. The same fixed prices apply regardless of the date or hour. There are no holiday surcharges, no New Year's Eve premiums, and no bank holiday fees.
