Yes, entirely free of charge. Skis, snowboards, ski bags, poles and ski boots bags are all carried without surcharge. Simply mention your equipment count when booking so we bring the correct vehicle and boot trolley.
Your driver tracks your flight from departure. If it lands late, the driver waits — at no extra cost. We do not start the clock until you exit through the arrivals gate. For very long delays (3+ hours) we will contact you to confirm arrangements.
All vehicles are fitted with certified European winter tyres before December 1st and carry snow chains at all times during ski season. We check pass conditions before every departure and carry two alternative route plans if the main access road is closed or restricted.
Yes. Book both legs online and receive a 10 % round-trip discount automatically applied at checkout. For the return journey, your driver picks you up at your chalet at the agreed time and delivers you to your departure terminal at Lyon Airport.
Our Mercedes E-Class carries 1–3 passengers with ski luggage. The Mercedes V-Class and Viano carry up to 7 passengers with all their ski equipment in a single vehicle. For larger groups (8+) we can arrange two vehicles with a combined discount — contact us directly.
