Booking & Prices

How much is a transfer from Lyon Airport to city centre?
Our fixed price is €90 per vehicle for Lyon Airport (LYS) to any city centre address. This covers 1 to 7 passengers in a Mercedes E-Class or V-Class. No meter, no surcharge, no hidden fees — at any time of day, any day of the year.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is per vehicle, not per person. €90 covers the entire Mercedes regardless of how many passengers. For a group of 7, that's just €12.86 per person — cheaper than the Rhônexpress tram per passenger, with door-to-door service.
Are prices the same on weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Our fixed prices apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Fête du Travail, and all French public holidays. There are no night rates, weekend surcharges, or holiday premiums.
Do you offer return transfer discounts?
Yes. Round trip bookings receive a 5% discount applied automatically. Book both directions in one transaction for maximum convenience and savings.
Can I pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — both online at booking and on board. Cash payment in euros is also accepted. Business clients can request monthly invoicing with VAT details.

At the Airport

Where will my driver meet me at Lyon Airport?
Your chauffeur waits at the Luggage Claim Exit inside the terminal, holding a personalised name sign. You do not need to go to a car park, walk to a bus stop, or search for your driver. Walk out of baggage claim, see your name, go.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time using your flight number. Your driver adjusts their arrival time automatically. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic flights. You are never charged extra for a delayed flight.
How do I find my driver if I cannot see them?
Your booking confirmation includes your driver's direct mobile number. Simply call or WhatsApp them. Our dispatchers are also reachable 24/7 at +33 6 23 24 68 45.
Do you pick up from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?
Yes. Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport has two main halls (Hall A / Hall B). Please indicate your terminal in the booking notes, or simply share your flight number — we know where every airline arrives.

Ski Transfers

Are ski bags transported for free?
Yes. Ski bags, snowboard bags, boot bags, and helmets are transported at no extra charge in all our vehicles. Please indicate the number of ski sets when booking so we allocate the appropriate vehicle.
Do your vehicles have winter tyres for mountain roads?
All ski transfer vehicles are equipped with winter tyres and carry snow chains. Our drivers are certified for alpine driving in all conditions. We monitor mountain road conditions (Bison Futé, Viamichelin) before every departure.
Do ski transfer prices change during Christmas or February half-term?
No. Our fixed prices are the same year-round. No holiday surcharge, no peak season premium. The price shown at booking is the final price.

Comfort & Extras

Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Baby seats (Group 0+/1), toddler seats (Group 1/2), and booster seats (Group 2/3) are available at no extra charge. Specify the age and approximate weight of each child during booking.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the vehicle?
Yes. All vehicles have a dedicated on-board Wi-Fi hotspot, a phone charger (USB-A and USB-C), and complimentary bottled water. Business travellers can stay productive from the moment they board.
Can I request a specific vehicle or driver?
Yes. Returning customers can request their preferred driver in the booking notes. We do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. If you need a specific vehicle (e.g. guaranteed S-Class), please mention this at booking.

Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows are charged at 100%. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes. You can modify your pickup time, destination, or passenger count by contacting us at booking@lyonairporttransfer.com or +33 6 23 24 68 45. Modifications are free subject to availability and must be made at least 6 hours before departure.
